Individual / Personal Coaching
You’re ready to move on, but you need a mentor, and I can help.
I’ve worked with college students and young adults to give them the direct insights on how life is and help them navigate transitions, be it from college to career, old career to new, or simply finding the drive to take a bigger step in life.
Unlike Executive Coaching, personal coaching works to find the best path forward for you. It can span career discussions to what you need to do to get through any impasse that is holding you back in your professional life.
Personal coaching is discrete and private if you wish. I’m aware that it’s not always the best image to need to consult outside sources, even if it’s almost always in the best interest of the person.
Executive Coaching
A single coaching session can help with small issues that you might be working through while regular meetings can help give you insights into your own confidence and leadership, and also help you to understand your team.
Is executive coaching a good strategic decision? Harvard Business Review suggests so (and how to get the most out of one). This coaching is not the same as personal coaching, in that it’s usually focused on your organization’s growth, not your own. In this vein, I’ll be leveraging years of experience and personal research in how leadership works in an organization, propelling it or holding it back.

I’ve delivered team building and confidence building workshops that create bonds, breakthrough barriers, and build success.
Unlike executive coaching, I will work to create a cohesive bond that takes a group of co-workers and molds them into a team fighting for common goals.
